Good advice for any job seeker for that matter.

Kristy Headley

Austin,

Thanks for hitting up my site. I thought that this was a humorous and straightforward entry for those seeking summer employment. This also appeals to me in other ways - while many of my friends are looking for short-term work, I am scheduled to graduate from college in August, and am conducting a search for a full time job.

On a side note, I occasionally review job applications where I am currently employed, and the comment made by Keith of Madhatter Music regarding possessing a reasonable grasp on the English language applies to spelling and grammar as well. For those looking for first jobs or summer jobs, applications can make a lasting impression (positive or negative) too.

Cheers,
Kristy
